AILIE F. BYERS

Ailie was born in Providence, RI and grew up in Southern New Hampshire. She is a second-generation auctioneer with a Master’s Degree in Public Administration/Policy.

She is an elected member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) Board of Directors, chair of the Advocacy committee, and the Fundraising taskforce, and the Sales Tax taskforce. In her board work with the NAA she was an active member of the COVID-19 taskforce.

Ailie has earned the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) as well as the Auction Marketing Management (AMM) and Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) certifications.

Ailie is an elected member of the Town of Conway (NH) Planning Board, on the development and DEI committee for the Upper Saco Valley Land Trust, and a board member of the Mount Washington Valley Housing Coalition.

Ailie is a fervent outdoor enthusiast. Growing up, she spent most summers sailing and skiing in the winter, forming her love of outdoors. She bikes, rock climbs, backcountry skis, hikes, alpine ski races, runs, ice climbs, open water dives, and use to participate in triathlons. IF she has free time, she is probably outside with her dogs!
