STEPHEN H. SCHOFIELD

Steve is a licensed auctioneer throughout New England and a real estate broker in New Hampshire. He is USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant for personal property appraisals. Steve has a Master’s degree and was a teacher and college Professor prior to his auction career.

Steve is a former President of the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneers Association Treasurer. His peers recognized him in 2003 when he was inducted into the Auctioneers Hall of Fame. Steve has earned the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI), Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate (AARE), Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) and Certified Estate Specialist (CES) certifications.

An outdoor enthusiast, his avocations include mountaineering with a number of first ascents to his credit. Steve is certified by the Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors. During his college years, he was a competitive surfer.
